HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT FAST

Junk food lovers normally gain weight rapidly than the normal food eaters. Once the weight is gained, it gets difficult to loose it. However, there are some effective ways to reduce excess weight. It is strongly advised to immediately discontinue eating junk foods and start having vegetarian diets. Sugary, oily foods and excessive proteins should be avoided. In the morning, at-least, two glasses of water in empty stomach helps to maintain the weight. Burning excess calorie in the body by regularly doing half an hour physical exercise is the best way to loosing weight fast.

PINCH OF HOPE

The Kathmandu Post 14 October 2011 PINCH OF HOPE I felt a pinch of hope and relief to hear that progress on the peace process is possible at time when the deadline for both the peace and constitution drafting processes is approaching (“Peace progress possible: PM” Oct.12, Page 2) . The PM’s promise to complete the peace process in 45 days has already been broken. The incompletion of the twin tasks are dragging the nation and its people towards political uncertainty. I am still not certain that the PM will be able to convince the NC and UML and bring them on the board to complete both processes within the deadline. Listening to Sushil Koirala and Jhalanath Khanal, they don’t seem to have loosened their knots as of yet. But the time has come for them to be sincere and sensible towards the nation and their voters. Rai Biren Bangdel Maharjgunj, Kathmandu

Progress

The Himalayan Times 20 Oct.2011 Progress Kudos to Subash Chandra Nembang, Chairperson of Constituent Assembly (CA) for urging PM Bhattarai to make a tangible progress on peace and new constitution drafting processes before his departure to New Delhi as reported in “Nembang wants tangible progress on peace front” (THT, Oct.18, Page 1). He (Nembang) should be playing proactive and facilitating role to bring the major parties on the same board and repeatedly hammering them to sincerely put their every effort to complete the people’s mandated twin tasks by the fast approaching deadline. It was encouraging to know that the PM had also assured Nembang that he would do the needful before his departure to New Delhi . Unless, somebody outside these major political parties keeps engaging them on the agenda of these two processes, they would continue to play only the power games hampering completion of prime tasks by the deadline. Nembang should use his respectable chair for regularly remindin

SUCCESS

I have quoted the following affirmations from Louise J Hay’s book “ YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE” for all my well wishers to try for your precious lives. Devine intelligence gives me all the ideas I can use. Everything I touch is a success. There is plenty for everyone including me. There are plenty of costumers for my services. I establish a new awareness of success. I move into the Winning Circle . I am a magnet for Devine Prosperity. I a blessed beyond my fondest dreams. Riches of every sort are drawn to me. Golden Opportunities are everywhere for me. She says “Pick one of the affirmations and repeat it for several days. Then pick another and do the same. Allow these ideas to fill your consciousness. Don’t worry about “how to accomplish this; the opportunities will come your way. Trust the intelligence within you to lead you and guide you. You deserve to be a success in every area of your life.”
