Emotional moment

  Outgoing Prime Minister Sushila Karki appeared pleased while handing over power to the newly appointed Prime Minister Balen Shah . Sushila looked happy during the power transfer ceremony, between her and Balen, after Balen taking the oath of office and secrecy at the President's official residence, Shital Niwas. During the occasion, she, embracing  Balen, congratulated and wished him well and success. Balen Shah was sworn in as Nepal's youngest Prime Minister on March 27, 2026, at the age of 35, following a landslide victory by his Rastriya Swatantra Party ( RSP ). He was, taking the advantage of widespread public anger against corruption and nepotism   after a violent Gen-Z-led uprising ,  able to lure voters towards him and the party, securing 182 out of 275 seats, almost two third majority in the history of national politics.

    Make sure that you are eating a balanced diet , exercising regularly (at least 30 minutes daily), sleeping 7–9 hours, and avoiding smoking .
