Some promises were fulfilled. However, most of their promises remain to be fulfilled. The burden of such a natural disastrous becomes very heavy to bear.   It happens anywhere around the globe and any time of the year. We hear and read about the deadly flash floods, heavy landslides, windstorms and hurricanes displacing thousands of people and killing hundreds of them.
