Pepper Spray
I am not so sure about the availability of Pepper Spray in Kathmandu. This is commonly used for self defense purpose and also used for controlling riots. I have read police elsewhere found using this spray during demonstration or for controlling riots. Elsewhere in the world this has been a good tool for self defense in case of criminal attacks, dog and wild animal attacks.
