In the 21st century people are much conscious about their safety considering the crime rate that continues to increase due to various reasons. In order to be safe from such unwanted crimes, individuals have started taking precautions in many ways. Self defense has been necessary to make oneself safe from criminal acts. There might be several techniques to be learned in self defense. I am not so sure so much about all the techniques. However, to name them, I remember few of them. For example, learning different kinds of martial arts is one of the preferred self defense techniques.
