 Miracle happens if positive affirmation taken seriously

I have taken the following from a book “YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE” authored by LOUSE L. HAY.

She strongly opines that “All disease comes from a State of Unforgiveness.” She further says that whenever we are ill, we need to search our hearts to see who it is we need to forgive. But, we do not know HOW to forgive. It is very simple: all we need to do is to be WILLING to forgive. The Universe will take care of the hows.

 I was suffering from high blood pressure for a number of years and taking medicines as suggested by my doctor. But, after practicing Louse’s positive affirmation process, I have been able to reduce my usual medicine dose and maintain blood pressure to its favourable level.

I will continue sharing my experience on my successful effort to maintain my age related health problem chasing away blood sugar problem, prostate problem and sleeping disorders and many more others. Cheers to me.

If you are suffering from high or low blood pressure, you need to simply practice taking positive affirmation as shown in the above table under New Thought Pattern. Do such affirmation in the morning and evening depending upon your time availability.You will be amazed to see the outcome of this positive affirmation.
