Citizenship bill-a political trump card?

It is unfortunate to see Nepal facing citizenship problems for decades due to vested interests of the political parties and their upper level leaders who continue to use citizenship bill for their personal benefits.   

 This time, PM Oli’s government tried to use this bill through ordinance for its own sake at a time when the government is at risk of losing its power. It looked this time. PM Oli seemed desperate to use this bill for his political gains, but, the Supreme Court (SC) put a break on it making his mission failed. But, on the other hand, there seemed to be problem with the other genuine citizens of getting citizenships because of the SC’s stay order on the ordinance ”Apex court's stay on citizenship ordinance raises questions” (THT, June 12, Page 1).

This bill was one of the demands of JSP-N before joining the government. Now, it is yet to be seen what would happen to the its other demands. Will the JSP-N ministers continue to be in the government even if their demands are not fulfilled?
