STOP DOING POLITICAL BLUNDERS

Recently,the former five prime minister had issued a press statement blaming PM Oli as a threat to the constitution and democracy. Is it Oli or they or all of them are equally responsible for creating this scary and unstable political situation in the country? How long they continue to play blame game amidst the COVID-19 pandemic? Why don't they cooperate with the government to tackle this dreadful pandemic rather than blaming it for not doing sufficiently setting their political confrontation aside for the time being. It was and is so sad to see the people dying due to lack of appropriate health delivery service for which they do not seem to be a bit concern. What a shame?

As Prachanda recently mentioned, during a press meet, that monarch was far better as compared to the president, time has also come for the other former prime ministers and other senior political leaders to sincerely contemplate their past political blunders and be ready for the political reconciliation for the well-being of the nation and the people. If not, time seems to be running out of their hands which might be politically costly for them.

Time will tell. What can we say more than this?

Proud to be Gurkhas

King Charles III of the United Kingdom has applauded the formation of King's Gurkha Artillery unit which was formally established in April 2025. The King was greeted with a 21-gun salute at the venue and offered with a large traditional flower garland around his neck. He observed the parade being organised to celebrate the creation of the Army's first dedicated Gurkha Artillery Unit . Over the next three years, 400 Gurkha personnel will join the unit. He highly praised the decade old enduring and deeply valued relationship between the United Kingdom and Nepal . During the event, he met military staff and families and posed for an official portrait with the soldiers. 2083/84 budget at a glance The Balen led government , which is almost two-thirds majority government secured in the March 2026 elections , has announced its annual budget 2,124.34 billion on May 29, 2026, as the largest budget in Nepal's history, representing a 25.2 present increase over the revised estimates of the current fiscal year 2082/83.
