Nepali bodybuilder Rajani Shrestha won her gold medal in the recently held in the Women’s Bodybuilding 55kg category at the 55th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in Kathmandu. She competed against athletes from India, Thailand, and Vietnam. A total of 236 athletes from 22 countries are participating in various categories at the championship. 

Earlier, she had won two medals in the 53rd Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship held in Indonesia.

Rajani won a silver medal in the 55 kg category and a bronze medal in the 30 and above category in Indonesia. She won the bronze medal in women's athletics physique at the 12th South Asian Bodybuilding Championship held in Nepal.

I salute her for her bold and courageous decision to become a professional body-building women with the whole-heartedly support of her husband.
